The cozy ambiance complemented by the staff's thoughtful touches, like wine and chocolate on arrival, made our night special. I also loved the delicious breakfast and the central location near many vibrant restaurants.

The twin/double room is stylish and has air conditioning, free WiFi and coffee. The location is comfortable, 1 mile from an art museum. The hotel is in lively area, so close to the indoor shopping center, restaurants and public transportation and the outskirts of the so-called German Colony.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone.

The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of tasty options that kept everyone satisfied, especially the kids. The room was spacious enough for our large family, and there was a playful ambiance in the hotel.

In my wife's opinion, we would have preferred a kids' play area.

Alright, let me tell you, I arrived way past 21:00 and that check in, it was one of the most friendly experiences I've ever had. The reception clerk pointed me to some late-night food spots, I was starving after my travels.
